One clear unit: each new analysis run uses one Resume Review.

What counts as a Resume Review?

Each fresh analysis of your résumé against a job posting counts as one Resume Review. Running the same opportunity again after changing your résumé counts as another review. Only completed reviews count; a run that fails to finish does not use your allowance.

Do follow-up questions and challenges use another review?

No. Ask questions, dispute a blocker, add evidence, request Guarded Rewrites, and continue working inside an existing review without using another Resume Review. A fresh analysis run is what counts.

How do the review limits work?

The Free plan includes 1 Resume Review each month. The 1-month plan includes 40 per monthly billing period; unused reviews do not roll forward. The 3-month plan includes one pool of 120 Resume Reviews to use at any time during the full three-month term.

What happens when my paid plan ends?

Your account returns to the Free plan, and your existing reviews and saved work remain available. The 1-month plan renews monthly until canceled. The 3-month plan is one payment and does not automatically renew.

How long do you keep an inactive account?

Accounts with no sign-in for 12 consecutive months are deleted along with their stored content. You can also delete your account at any time. If you create a new account after deletion, you start with a blank workspace.

What is not included?

The subscription is for one individual's own job search. Automated or scripted submissions, shared accounts, processing résumés for clients or third parties, resale, staffing-agency use, and commercial bulk analysis are outside it.

Questions a skeptic should ask

The product is adversarial. The pricing explanation should be too.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

A general chatbot is built to help you — which in practice means it flatters your résumé and embellishes on request. Resume RedTeam is built to argue with you: a deterministic screen no AI can sweet-talk, two independent AI reviewers from different vendors who never see each other's answers, and quotes that are code-checked against your actual résumé — a claimed strength that isn't on the page gets flagged, not invented. Push back and it concedes what you prove — but the score is reproducible, not negotiable: it moves for a stronger résumé, never for flattery. You can get encouragement anywhere. This is the opposite.

Why pay after the free review?

The Free plan gives you one Resume Review each month. A paid plan applies the same workflow across an active search: capturing opportunities, triaging them, reviewing the serious ones, re-checking improvements, and identifying repeated patterns.

Will Guarded Rewrites make things up?

They are designed not to. Drafted changes are checked against your résumé and the evidence you provide. Claims that cannot be supported are held back rather than quietly added.

Does a verdict guarantee an interview?
