EVIDENCE WINS. INCLUDING WHEN WE GET IT WRONG.

The system has to defend
its findings, too.

This is not a report you read once. It’s a working space: you question the findings, and the findings question you. Add evidence, and a finding must change — or explain why it stands. Then a mock interview makes you defend your claims out loud, before a hiring manager does.

The review challenges you

Eight or more years of B2B demand generation, including three leading teams — partial credit. A third team-leading instance still needs evidence.

You challenge back — add evidence

I also led the three-person agency campaign pod for fourteen months, which brings team leadership to just over three years.

That evidence changes this finding. Nothing further on this requirement — keep the dates consistent with the résumé.

Then the table turns — mock interview

Count your team-leadership years out loud: which teams, how many people, and over which dates.

The long list becomes a short one.

Each capture gets an employer-side verdict — including “don’t apply.” And as the board fills, your search’s patterns surface: repeated blockers, strongest-fit roles.

Search Intelligence (04), from these three reviews: one pattern repeats — evidence the postings require isn’t yet visible on the résumé. Fix it once; it pays on every application.

Would this application survive?

The full review runs the gauntlet in order: the screen first, then a skeptical hiring manager — every concern tied to the posting’s own language and your résumé’s evidence.

One ordered plan per opportunity.

Not a rewrite of everything — the few fixes that change the outcome, in order, with outreach and notes kept on the same card.

Practice the questions your claims invite.

The Interview Bank collects the skeptical follow-ups your résumé provokes — then you run a mock interview with the role’s context in view, before the real one.

A FEW FAIR QUESTIONS

Before you
jump in.

Meet the founder
Can’t I just ask an AI to be brutal?

A general-purpose AI gives one interpretation — sometimes insightful, sometimes confidently wrong. Resume RedTeam is a decision system: independent reviews challenge the first read, and deterministic code — not the model — applies scoring, thresholds, and verdict caps. Why a prompt was not enough →

Is this a résumé builder?

No. Bring the résumé you already have to your real account. Resume RedTeam examines your case against a specific job, identifies concerns, and helps you prepare. It is not a template editor.

What can I do in the demo?

Explore completed reviews, ask questions, capture a job in Triage, manage the Target Board, and practice an interview in a temporary fictional workspace. Uploading your own résumé and connecting a browser extension require a personal account. AI use is limited.

Does a sample result tell me my chances?

No. Every demo result evaluates the selected fictional candidate, not you—even when you paste a job you are interested in. Use your own account and résumé for a relevant assessment. An assessment is not a probability of being hired.

What happens to the temporary workspace?

The demo is designed for one hour of access, with temporary workspace data removed within two hours of creation. The app manages the session, cleanup, and AI allowance. The fictional workspace is separate from your personal account.

What is the Founding Members program?

An invitation-only membership: 90 days of full access on your real search, in exchange for honest feedback — including two short check-ins. Members are the first to test new features. Seats open in limited phases, and the signup page offers an access request when a phase is full.

What does it cost?

One Resume Review every month is free, with no credit card. When your search is active: $49 for a monthly plan with 40 reviews, or $119 once for three months with 120. The monthly plan renews; the three-month plan does not. Founding Members with an invite code receive extended full access.
